EOL: a flexible symbiotic project that can be offered to specific audiences

For some young people, learning takes place outside of school, sometimes in a very constrained environment such as a prison or hospital environment. For others, the journey was marked by dropping out and resuming training in a “second chance school” type establishment.

EOL, through its symbiotic approach, makes it possible to take into account the specificities of the three components of the learning environment considered – structure, culture and people. Their synergy creates optimal learning conditions for learners whose receptivity is often difficult and for whom speaking is essential in order to pursue their personal journey. The development of transversal skills such as the enhancement of personal skills, openness to otherness, the construction of citizenship then promotes the construction of their training and orientation path.
