The implementation of the Council of Europe’s Confidence-Building Measures programme (CBMs), included in the Council of Europe action plan for Moldova for 2017-2020, was discussed in April at a meeting between Secretary of State Tatiana Molcean and Head of Division for Confidence Building Measures, Directorate of Political Affairs of the Council of Europe, Anna Capello-Brillat.
On this occasion, T. Molcean welcomed the Council of Europe’s decision to continue the training course at the European Centre for Modern Languages in Graz (Austria) for English language teachers in Moldova, including teachers from schools located in the eastern districts of the country.
