The 33rd edition of the Courriel européen des langues provides a summary report on the annual seminar on the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) « Politiques européennes des langues et priorités nationales » (European language policies and national priorities”) organised by the Delegation to the European and International Relations and Cooperation - DREIC ( Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research), the General Delegation for the French language and the languages of France - DGLFLF - (Ministry of Culture and Communication) and the International Centre for  Studies in Education (CIEP).

Moreover, the issue contains practical information for experts living and working in France wishing to submit their application for the next programme of the ECML “Languages at the heart of learning” (2016-2019), recommended publications, pedagogical resources as well as event announcements.

The newsletter is edited three times per year by CIEP, the National Contact Point of the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) which promotes the Centre's work in France.
