The Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI) has launched its annual report 2014/2015.

OLBI is the Canadian contact point for the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) of the Council of Europe. It coordinates the participation of Canadian experts in ECML projects and promotes the Centre’s results on national level.
