ECML training and consultancy (TaC) activities seek to trigger innovation; the starting point is the meeting of ECML TaC teams with local organisers from the selected member states. The 2024 meeting took place at the ECML premises in Graz on 15 February 2024.

Discussion topics included strategies for selection of participants at national level, how to ensure alignment of TaC events to national developments and how to guarantee follow-up work and further development at national level.

Effective rollout of measures at national level can be accomplished by identifying participants who can act as multipliers and who are active in national networks.

TaC expert teams voiced their enthusiasm for having the opportunity to share their input and expertise in different national contexts and at the same time to further their own professional development by working with national experts on the ground.

The ECML secretariat is organising 21 training workshops in 17 member states in 2024.
