CEFR: the globalisation of language education policy

The book entitled The Common European Framework of Reference: the globalisation of language education policy traces the processes of the influence of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) through contributions of experts from universities and ministries in 11 countries in Europe (Bulgaria, France, Germany, Poland), America (Argentina, Colombia, USA), and Asia-Pacific (China, Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand).
 

Sinceits publication in the year 2001 the CEFR has been translated into 38 languages and disseminated widely in Europe, but also in parts of Asia and Latin America.

Targeted readership:
Academics, policy makers, curriculum designers, textbook writers, postgraduate students, and examination board staff.
