The new issue of the Foreign Language Magazine „Języki Obce w Szkole“  (JOWS) published by Fundacja Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji, Warsaw, is featuring an update on the recent ECML developments relating to the accession of Serbia to the Enlarged Partial Agreement of the European Centre for Modern Languages, the new ECML cooperation agreements with the European Commission and Moscow State Linguistic University and the ECML workshop “European portfolio for student teachers of pre-primary education (Pre-elementaire)”.
