The activity highlights the role of pluralistic approaches in the implementation of plurilingual and intercultural education. The focus will be on teachers and other professionals to prepare them to use pluralistic approaches for plurilingual and intercultural education.

Objectives of the activity

To explore and practise …

  • which kind of teaching materials and activities to use in the classroom;
  • why and how to implement pluralistic approaches to languages and cultures in teaching;
  • professional competences to be developed in teacher education;
  • how to include training sequences in teacher education programmes.

Working languages
