Description: Plickers is a classroom response system that uses printed paper cards with unique QR codes to collect and assess student responses. Teachers can ask multiple-choice questions, with students holding up their Plickers cards to indicate their answers. The teacher then scans the cards using a mobile device, and the responses are instantly recorded and displayed. In this way, students do not have to use their mobile devices, differentiating Plickers from other polling tools. It offers a free limited version and requires signing up for an account to create polls. Plickers was founded by educator Nolan Amy.
