Inventory of ICT tools and open educational resources

Welcome to the Inventory of freely available online tools and OERs for language teaching and learning developed by the ICT REV project. The tools have been selected by and for language educators. There are different ways to search for tools and various examples below. You can also suggest a tool to be added to the Inventory.

EducaPlay, an educational game creator

Description: Educaplay is an online platform for creating and sharing educational activities and games. Users can create interactive exercises, quizzes, crosswords, and more, or find many ready-to-use activities on the website. These activities can later be exported, printed or accessed by students through a code. EducaPlas offers a limited free version and requires signing up for an account to access all of its features. It was developed by Educaplay S.L.

Evaluation: EducaPlay is a helpful resource for creating engaging classroom activities. It can be used to enhance learning, assess knowledge, and reinforce vocabulary acquisition. Educaplay is compatible with other web applications such as Moodle and Google Classroom. Students do not need to provide any personal data since they can access the learning activities through a code. For more information, see Educaplay’s tutorials.
