Welcome to the Inventory of freely available online tools and OERs for language teaching and learning developed by the ICT REV project. The tools have been selected by and for language educators. There are different ways to search for tools and various examples below. You can also suggest a tool to be added to the Inventory.

Flex Clip, an online video maker and editor

Video recording/creating

Description: FlexClip is an online video editing tool. Users can upload their video clips, photos, and music to the platform, to then edit them with various tools and effects, and produce videos. It offers a limited free version and requires having an account for use. FlexClip was developed by PearlMountain Limited.

Evaluation: Flex Clip is a useful and straightforward tool for creating videos. With just a few clicks, users can edit or create their own videos for educational purposes. Using Flex Clip to compile multimedia presentations can foster creativity and communication. Its interface is intuitive and easy to use. Average IT skills required for its use.

Cost: Free limited version with registration + paid plans available.
