Description: Quizizz is an online platform for creating and conducting interactive quizzes. Educators can create custom quizzes or choose from a library of pre-made quizzes covering various subjects and topics. It allows teachers to introduce various question types: multiple choice, checkbox, fill-in-the-blank, open-ended questions and polls. Students can then participate in these quizzes individually or in groups. Also, quizzes have either live or homework modes, allowing students to answer at their own pace. Quizizz offers free and premium versions. Signing up is required for quiz creation. Quizizz was founded by Ankit and Deepak, two Indian entrepreneurs.

Evaluation: Quizizz is a valuable tool that can help make classes more fun and entertaining for students. With its gamified interface, it can foster wholesome competition by allowing students to challenge their friends and get rewards. For teachers, it can be used to set and keep track of homework, together with providing student reports that parents can also access. Quizizz is suitable for both physical and hybrid classroom settings. Average IT skills required.
