Welcome to the Inventory of freely available online tools and OERs for language teaching and learning developed by the ICT REV project. The tools have been selected by and for language educators. There are different ways to search for tools and various examples below. You can also suggest a tool to be added to the Inventory.

Skribbl, a drawing and guessing game

Game apps

Description: Skribbl is an online multiplayer drawing and guessing game where players take turns drawing while others try to guess to earn points. The winner is then the player who has the most points at the end of the round. It can be played with up to 12 friends in a private room or with other players in an open session. Skribbl was developed by ticedev. It is free to play and does not require signing up or having an account.

Evaluation: Skribbl is a fun game for students to practice vocabulary and develop their creative side. Its interface is very simple to use and is available in more than 20 languages.

Cost: Free.
