Description: ElevenLabs is an AI-powered application that converts text into natural, human-like speech in over 30 languages. It provides settings for voice-overs, sound effects, and multilingual dubbing with customisable voices, adjustable tones, and real-time processing. ElevenLabs supports multilingual content, so it is versatile for various audio projects. Accessing its services requires creating an account. Both free and paid plans are offered—basic features are available for free, while advanced options like voice cloning require a subscription. The platform was created by developers Piotr Dąbkowski and Mateusz Staniszewski.

Evaluation: ElevenLabs is an excellent resource for creating audio for listening comprehension and pronunciation tasks. Its clear, authentic output speech exposes learners to natural accents, intonation, and rhythm. All in all, it is a time-saving tool for creating audio materials with an intuitive interface. The free version, however, limits users to 10 minutes of audio per month.
