It was developed by Pyra Labs and later acquired by Google.
Evaluation: Blogger is a valuable and versatile tool for learners and teachers soince it provides a platform for creating and sharing educational content in various formats. It can bolster writing and argumentation skills and provide learners with a medium to communicate with one another. As with any other blogging tool, interaction is possible through the commenting function, which makes it fitting for asynchronised group work and discussions. Access to a Blogger channel or post can be configured from public to private or unlisted (accessible only through a URL). Basic IT skills are a prerequisite for using Blogger.
