Welcome to the Inventory of freely available online tools and OERs for language teaching and learning developed by the ICT REV project. The tools have been selected by and for language educators. Description: Sendsteps is an AI-powered presentation maker that allows users to generate slides, add different content types, and attach interactive elements such as word clouds or quiz questions. Users can create a presentation from scratch, taking an existing document as the basis for it, or importing a PowerPoint. If they use the help of AI, they just have to introduce little information, such as the target audience and title for the tool to create some slides. Sendsteps offers a limited free version and requires creating an account for its use. It was developed by the Dutch software company Sendsteps BV.

Evaluation: Sendsteps can be a useful and engaging presentation tool for teachers and learners. It is a time-saving tool for creating slides through AI automation, providing users with visually appealing content. It also offers the possibility of adding interactive elements, which can help engage with the audience. Average IT skills required for use.
